Europe's leaders will prevent any devious dealing with Kremlin

DONALD Trump has long dreamed of dictating his own terms in Ukraine.

His fantasy? A backroom bargain with Vladimir Putin, trading away hard-fought freedoms for a hollow promise of “peace.”

But today, as Keir Starmer and other European leaders accompany Volodymyr Zelensky to the White House, that dream is at risk of being shattered.

The symbolism could not be clearer. Europe's leaders standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Ukraine's wartime president sends Trump a blunt message: Any concession to Putin will be resisted not only in Kyiv, but across the continent.

Zelensky himself. The last time he entered the Oval Office, the Ukrainian president was treated not as a partner but as a pawn, subjected to shameful humiliation by Trump and his sycophantic sidekick Vance.
