BBC celebration urges us to do 'just one thing' for our health

DOCTOR Michael Mosley is to be' honoured with a dedicated day when BBC presenters and audiences will be encouraged to do "just one thing" to improve their well-being.

The broadcaster and 5:2 diet guru, 67, died of natural causes last month after getting lost on the Greek island of Symi.
