Around Remembrance Day and Remembrance Sunday, many people choose to show their respect for this service by wearing poppies and many more by observing the 2 minutes' silence on both occasions.

I've always taken a small active part by observing the silence and buying a poppy whenever I see a Royal British Legion volunteer selling them.

However having taken over an SME retail business earlier this year and therefore a public facing organisation, I began to wonder what else I could do to support especially for those who have served and are back now on 'civvy' street.
