Turkey trade trip to bring big business boost to UK

KEMI Badenoch has vowed a bumper new post-Brexit trade deal with Turkey will unleash "huge opportunities" for Britain.
The Business Secretary is visiting the burgeoning economic powerhouse to strengthen links ahead of trade talks later this year.
Her trip to Istanbul comes after it was announced Airbus will supply 220 planes to Turkish Airlines in one of the UK's biggest export deals, worth billions.
Britain and Turkey already have a thriving relationship, with trade up more than 17% to £26.2 billion in the year to June 2023.
