FORMER England boss Sven-Goran Eriksson has promised to "fight as long as I can" after revealing he has terminal cancer.
The 75-year-old may have less than a year to live but vowed not to "wallow in adversity."
Eriksson who managed England's "Golden Generation' including David Beckham, Steven Gerrard and Wayne Rooney - enjoyed high-profile relationships with Nancy Dell'Olio, lawyer Ulrika Jonsson and FA secretary Faria Alam.
He became the first foreign manager to take charge of the national side from 2001-06.
