THE Trinidad and Tobago bobsleigh team is on its way to the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy, captained by a ginger-haired Yorkshireman.
Axel Brown, 33, set off yesterday for the games which start in Milano Cortina on Friday.
He set up the republic's bobsled federation in 2021 after competing for Britain. Axel's mum Carolyn was born in the Caribbean to white parents, gifting him dual nationality.
