GOALKEEPER Jacob Widell Zetterstrom is Derby County's PFA Community Champion for the 2024-25 season.

The award, made by the Professional Footballers’ Association, recognises the efforts of a player at each club for their dedication to supporting communities.

Winners will have made their work with communities and good causes central to their role as a professional footballer.
