JOHN Eustace has revealed Dion Sanderson is having to manage a shin complaint after leaving the defender out of Derby County's FA Cup defeat to Leeds United.

The centre-back, whose loan from Birmingham City was made permanent at the start of this transfer window, had started the previous eight games for which he was eligible - and 23 of the Rams' 26 Championship matches.
