-
WHILE the sun is shining, it is time to be outdoors and see what Bristol has to offer in the warmer months of the year.
While our city has plenty of great indoor activities, the sunshine calls for some time outside, and we've compiled a list for just that.
Whether you're looking for a day out fit for all the family or some much-needed me time in nature, there's so much to discover. From parks to pools, farms and more, here are the best outdoor spots to make the most of your days in the sun:
ENJOY THE WATER
Now it is the perfect time to take a dip in the waters of the Bristol Lido in the heart of Clifton.
Not only does this spot offer a restaurant and poolside bar, but the chance for you to swim in the sunshine and have access to its spa facilities.
You can book a two-hour session which includes the option to swim, cool off in the steam room and unwind in the hot tub or sauna, every day of the week. The sizeable 24-metre outdoor swimming pool allows for a comfortable swim for both members and non-members.
If you're hoping to book a session in the week (Monday to Thursday), two hours will cost £25 whereas booking from Friday through to Sunday will cost £30.
