The Michelin-starred chef has created the ultimate guide to cooking outdoors, The BBQ Book, containing 80 delicious recipes for fire and coals and Tom is coming to Bath to share some of his top tips and hints, as well as tempting our tastebuds as part of Bath Restaurant Week.

His dishes include such mouth-watering treats as barbecued prawns with harissa mayonnaise, sticky glazed chipolatas, and spiced lamb chops served with tomato yogurt.
