DINING for the first time at a new restaurant can be a bit of a gamble, but TRUST by Modou, a new restaurant in Finnieston, in Glasgow, takes this to another level.
TRUST – the second restaurant by chef Modou Diagne – has an unusual but simple concept: there is no menu. The allure lies in not knowing what will be on your plate.
Choosing what I will eat from a menu is a key part of the dining experience for me, so letting go felt strange.
A five-course tasting experience here is a very affordable £30 per person, so that made letting go a lot easier!
