Whip up something sweet in no time at all

BERRY NUTELLA PIKELET STACKS
SERVES 4
PREP AND COOK: 15 MINS
1 Spread half the pikelets evenly with Nutella. Sandwich together with remaining pikelets.
2 Melt half the butter in a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add half the pikelet sandwiches. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until lightly golden. Remove from pan. Cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and pikelets.
3 Serve sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and topped with berries.
