Condominium units are not exactly known for sprawling space, but that’s hardly a concern for real estate strategist Kelly and her financial planner husband Vincent, who recently moved into their 5-bedroom condominium in Clementi. With a roomy 1,690 sqft layout and a view that stretched for miles, they found a home that checked every box.

This wasn't the couple's first rodeo. Having been through the renovation process before, Kelly and Vincent knew exactly what they wanted this time around: a home that felt more cohesive and calming.

“We're in fast-paced, client-facing roles, so home needed to feel like a soft landing after long days,” Kelly says. “We also wanted it to be kid-friendly without compromising on design.”

What's most remarkable is that the entire renovation came in at just $30,000, a feat made possible by Jennifer, their interior designer from Renozone, by working smart with the developer's provisions and focusing on what truly needed customisation.
