Scouring social media one day in 2020, heart racing, I soon found the photo I was looking for. It was pop icon Lady Gaga, who'd posted a selfie she'd taken holding a tea cup and saucer. It was decorated with a floral motif, alongside a rude word, all handmade by me! It was a huge moment. Years earlier, aged 28, I'd been made redundant from an internet design company. I had a passion for ceramics, so used my payout to go to university and study the craft.
