Presenters Amanda Holden and Alan Carr are on a mission to throw a spectacular shindig with a Spanish flavour this Yuletide.

Following two outings of fly-on-the-renovation-wall BBC1 series Italian Job, the start of 2025 saw the best friends dust off their coveralls for spin-off Spanish Job and head to the town of Moclín to transform a crumbling house into a boutique bed and breakfast.

Now, they're returning to the property in Amanda & Alan's Spanish Christmas to lay on a lavish celebration as a thank you to the locals who supported them during the project.

What was the inspiration behind this seasonal episode?

AMANDA We've always wanted to revisit a build, so we had the idea to do a special to thank everybody who helped us, as well as see what the difference is between a British and a Spanish Christmas.
