By moving beyond standalone smartphones, they demonstrated growing expertise in fields such as wearables, automotive engineering and augmented reality. Leading this charge were Xiaomi and Tecno, each combining competitive pricing with design flourishes and experimental devices, underscoring China's ascendant role in global technology markets.
