Welcome to Benin! From being the birthplace of Voodoo to having Africa's longest graffiti wall. From the world's largest float- ing village to the world's only python temple, this country blew our minds in just three days! This photo shows the Amazon Monument, which is a statue honoring the Dahomey Amazons.

Keeping in line with the rituals in other African countries, we did a meetup at the TVS showroom in Benin with some motorcyclists and a comedian and content creator by the name Zizola.

Cotonou

From the second we rolled into Cotonou, the city's vibe grabbed us, but the absolute showstopper was the epic graffiti wall along Boulevard de la Marina. It's almost a kilometer long, and local artists started turning it into this huge canvas back in the early 2000s, spearheaded by groups like Aklíko and Bénin Art Mobil. Riding our TVS Apache RTR bikes past it, you could totally feel the city's pulse in every splash of colour: fierce portraits of Beninese kings, intense Vodun symbols, layered political statements, and huge panels celebrating Cotonou's coastal life.

The TVS Apache's exhaust kind of rumbled against the concrete, almost chilling with the explosion of colours beside us. For a moment, it felt like the bike was just cruising through this massive, moving art exhibit—our shadows sliding across everything from old myths to current street art. That ride wasn't just getting from A to B; it felt like we'd jumped right into Cotonou's living, breathing soul. And the fact that it's the longest graffiti wall in all of Africa? That was the icing on the cake! Seriously, every city needs a spot like this—it just throws off so much good energy!
