'We want to be in all south Indian state capitals by the end of 2026'

Following a short ride on the Raptee.HV T30 electric motorcycle, we had a chat with Dinesh Arjun, CEO and co-founder of Raptee.HV, about the future of electric motorcycles in India. Here are the excerpts

The T30 electric motorcycle is capable of CCS2 charging, and that is one of the brand's USPs. A plug of how many kiloWatt can I use to charge the vehicle and how fast can I charge it?

→ Yes, you're right. We're the first electric motorcycle that can use CCS charging. We can use any DC charging plug that's upwards of seven kW on our motorcycle. Our motorcycle will draw seven kW while it's charging. So, you can charge it in a 24-kW plug, a 150-kW, even a 360-kW plug, and you'll still be able to charge the motorcycle. It takes about 30 minutes to go from 20 to 80 per cent.
