As our CW5000 riders continue to log their miles in 2021 we’ve set them another two challenges to try and mix up their riding, work on a different aspect of fitness and push on to the annual 5,000-mile target.

We’ve run two photo-based challenges recently, but May is about bigger miles and working on your climbing.

Remember to let us know when you’ve completed either or both of the challenges. We’d love to hear about the hill you chose for challenge number one, and how you went about improving your time.

1. Improve your time on a local climb

Pick a climb you know and ride it as hard as you can. Time yourself by lapping your gps head unit or create a segment on Strava and let it capture your time. This time is your start point.
