Memoirs From The Silver Screen

Cinema is one of the most grand and awe-inspiring form of art. When we walk into a cinema hall and settle in those comfortable seats, a dramatic journey begins. The 70mm screen becomes a conduit between our dreams and reality. We get inspired by our favourite movies, TV shows and the actors who perform scintillating roles on the big and small screen. And we often imagine ourselves in these roles, impersonating our beloved characters. French photographer, Boris Untereiner too has tried to play his choicest roles in a very unique way.

Usually, when a photographer’s eye meets a subject which is beautiful and inspiring, he clicks a picture of it. Boris’ subject of inspiration are some greatly successful films and TV shows which he has photographed. The photo series created by him is called ‘Blockbuster’ series. In this unique photo series Boris has recreated some of the most famous scenes from his favourite TV shows and movies.
