Pre-COVID, wellness – although a trillion-dollar global industry – was associated with very consumer trends. From designer leggings to loaded smoothie bowls, it was increasingly seen as an elitist industry, not one that that had the genuine wellbeing at its very core. But when the pandemic hit, all we wanted were things in our everyday lives that would help to strengthen our health, our mind set, our fitness, our immunity, our communities and our homes.
