Also, the total exports for 2018-19 is estimated and likely to be US$ 16650 mn which indicates flat growth as compared to last fiscal. While the growth of Bangladesh is increasing, Vietnam is eyeing USD40 bn in garment exports; India is still not able to reach new export targets, what is the reason for this?
