Spring is finally in the air and the last of the winter homewares have left the shops to make room for this season’s fresh new looks. We always get excited here in the Your Home office when the spring/summer trends are launched. On page 38 you’ll find our pick of the key looks for the months ahead. You’re sure to find one you love. Pastels are going to be a strong new look for interiors this year. But if you have bad memories of sugary sweet pastels from the 80s, then think again. The new millennial pastels are cool and edgy and I think you’re going to like them (p.22). Spring is often a key time to think about starting major decorating projects (especially with some lovely bank holidays on the horizon next month).
