This was your debut role in Australian musical theatre last year and now you get to reprise it! What does appearing in Rent and playing the iconic Maureen again mean to you?

This show and role is genuinely a top of the bucket list role, so not only for it to be my debut but to reprise it at the Opera House is absolutely huge for me. Rent has always had a special place in my heart, I really connected to the themes of chosen family and finding community with the misfits of society. It feels very humbling to be a part of a show whose story stands the test of time and is still so relevant today.
