Reds saddle up to raise £8,000 for cancer charity

A group of Yorkshire-based Liverpool FC fans swapped their LFC shirts for fancy dress to raise more than £8,000 for Bowel Cancer UK.
White Rose Reds Independent Liverpool FC Supporters Club walked from Otley to Leeds - the route of the infamous Otley Run - in memory of Wally Bennett.
The former Liverpool FC promotions manager and keen Everton fan was diagnosed with bowel cancer in March 2022. He died on June 4 last year.
Wally and his wife Rita would have celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary this month.
