West Yorkshire homebuilder is taking fundraising to new heights for Leeds charity

Leeds-based developer Barratt and David Wilson Homes Yorkshire West recently completed another fundraiser for its charity of the year, Zarach.

BDWYW - The team who took part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge for Zarach

Following a golf day earlier this year which raised over £22,000 for the charity, 20 members of Barratt and David Wilson Homes Yorkshire West took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, raising over £3,000.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge consists of a 24-mile round trip, taking on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, totalling a 1,585-metre ascent, in less than 12 hours.

The developer is raising funds for Zarach, who were also founded in Leeds, and is on a mission to end child bed poverty across the UK.
