Huge boost for club and country as Grady returns from injury

MASON Grady will make his return to rugby after 10 months as he starts for Cardiff in a preseason friendly against Richmond today.
The Wales wing hasn't played since suffering a knee injury in last autumn’s opener against Fiji in November.
The 23-year-old has been named to start against the English club on as he makes his comeback for the Blue and Blacks.
It's a significant boost for Cardiff and new Wales coach Steve Tandy ahead of the autumn internationals.
New signings Ioan Lloyd, Taine Basham, George Nott and Sam Wainwright all start for the Arms Park club as they begin their preseason preparations, with loan-signing loan-signing Ioan Emanuel also named in the starting lineup.
Fellow recruits Javan Sebastian and Tom Cottle are on the bench, as is loan signing Ieuan Davies.
Josh McNally captains the side.
