1. PALAK PANEER: A TIMELESS CLASSIC
Palak paneer is a quintessential North Indian winter dish. Creamy, spiced spinach gravy envelops soft cubes of paneer, making it both comforting and nutritious.
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh palak leaves
200 g paneer, cubed
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
