MOHAMED DIOMANDE has revealed Rangers players are full of regret over a shambolic season.

But the Ibrox midfielder believes a third win on the trot over Celtic today can boost the Light Blues and their fans for next season.

Ahead of the final derby of the season, Ivory Coast international Diomande - who scored in Gers’ 3-2 victory at Parkhead last time out - said: “A win on Sunday would help with belief for next season.

“We've already won two games against them, it's the other matches we've lost.

“I know we're going to be ready for this game. That’s something that happens every time we play Celtic.

“Our fans want us to beat them and we'll be trying to do that.

“Looking back at this season, I know there's going to be a lot of regret from a lot of us here.

“We thought we could push in the other games.
