THE leaders of the Scottish Greens have been accused of breaking party rules by announcing they plan to stand as MSPs.
Complaints have been lodged against Lorna Slater and Patrick Harvie after they both said they would stand as candidates for Holyrood next year. Harvie is believed to have used the party's mailing list to tell its entire membership he wanted to run as an MSP.
