WOMEN in the region who experience pelvic health problems during and after pregnancy are being invited to register for a free app that aims to help symptoms.

One in three women experience urinary incontinence three months after pregnancy and one in 12 report symptoms of pelvic prolapse after giving birth, according to the NHS Humber Health Partnership.
