IT’S a common problem among most parents - how to keep the little ones occupied without breaking the bank or shoving a screen in front of them for hours on end.

I’m now 18 months into parenthood and have begun to find myself pondering the same question.

Rather than weekends being spent in pubs, bars and restaurants, they're now spent in soft play centres, playgrounds and parks.

Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn't change it for the world but there are only so many you can visit without having to work your way back around them - and, let’s face it, a soft play centre is a soft play centre.
