MacKinnon rues Burgh's lack of fighting spirit

Murdo MacKinnon insists Johnstone Burgh need to be "much better" should they want to go on and win the West of Scotland League Premier Division title.

The Keanie Park gaffer was furious as his side lost 4-0 to Auchinleck Talbot on Wednesday night.

It was a historic fixture for the club as the new floodlights were switched on for the first time.

However, Talbot ruined the sense of occasion as they stormed into a four-goal lead by the interval thanks to Cameron Keay's brace and strikes by Neill McPherson and Kyle McAvoy.
