NOTTINGHAM Panthers celebrated a convincing 7-1 victory over Glasgow Clan on Hockey Fights Cancer night at the Motorpoint Arena.

Didrik Henbrant scored twice and Ross Armour netted his 10th of the season to become the joint-leading goalscorer in the Elite League.
Panthers were at full strength with Nolan Volcan the healthy scratch. Kevin Carr started between the pipes with Luca Sheldon as backup.
Chase Pearson had an early chance for the Panthers before the visitors went ahead through Brett Neumann’s neat onetime shot from the slot (02:11).
Matt Marcinew and Cooper Zech went close on a first-period power-play, while Henbrant was denied on a breakaway.
Panthers blitzed the Clan with four straight goals which started when Brendan Harris fed Matt Alfaro who shot across Luca Brine (21:00), who had replaced Sami Ait-tokallio at the start of the second period.
