Police raid suspected city brothels

A MAN and a woman have been arrested after police raided three suspected Nottingham brothels.

New Leaf Sensory Massage in Mansfield Road, Sherwood, and New Leaf Treatment Centre, in Derby Road in the city centre were raided at around 6am on Monday.

Nottinghamshire Police said the raids were in connection with suspected exploitation of women who may have been forced to operate as sex workers.

A video from the Sherwood raid shows a police officer trying to force the shutters open with a crowbar, with at least seven colleagues standing by, at around 7.45am.
