A SPRAWLING new business park and service station could soon transform fields south of Lake Roundabout into a bustling hub of economic activity.

Plan for business park and petrol station

The outline proposal includes a petrol station and 22 business units, positioned on agricultural land along the Atlantic Highway near Tawstock in North Devon.

The plans envisage a service station of approximately 9,560 square metres along with business units each measuring 280 square metres. The site would be accessed via a new arm off the A39 Lake Roundabout.
