18th century hall goes digital in sales drive for its outdoor theatre season

Record numbers of tickets sold for first of six shows in this summer's series of performances

"A revolution in marketing is at the heart of our recent success.

That's the verdict of Julian Wilde, outdoor theatre manager at Lytham Hall who is delighted with the volume of advance tickets sold for the six outdoor theatre productions there this coming summer.

Shakespeare's 'Macbeth', the first play of the 16th theatre season, again supported by the patronage of our sister paper the Lytham St Annes Express, is heading for a sellout.

A record 86 percent of the tickets have already been purchased three weeks before the performance on Friday, June 20, when the Duke's Theatre Company from Brighton will be making their debut at the 18th century Georgian mansion.
