Hero takes out gunman

A FEARLESS fruit seller who wrestled a gun from one of the Bondi Beach terrorists has been hailed a “genuine hero”.

Footage emerged of the guy - named by Australian media as Ahmed Al Ahmed, 43-year-old fruit vendor - tackling one of the two shooters.

Chris Minns, Premier of New South Wales, said: “That man is a genuine hero, and I've got no doubt there are many, many people alive tonight as a result of his bravery.”
