Sacked Reform candidate says sorry for racist posts after living shackled to a black youth worker for TV
BILLED as a social experiment to heal fractured Britain, C4's Handcuffed shackles a Reform candidate sacked for racist slurs with a black youth worker.
And axed Bob Lomas, who was disowned by leader Nigel Farage, has apologised for his comments after being chained to Chris Preddie.
The former soldier, 70, has posted his fulsome apology on Instagram, after being persuaded by Chris that his views were misguided.
Bob, dropped as Reform candidate for Barnsley North in June 2024, posted: "I can't change what I said, I can only apologise for saying it.
"I made a bloody big mistake and I want to apologise to anybody that is affected."
