Sun can rise to challenge of winning back-to-back October Stakes at Ascot

THE Sun always shines at Ascot in October.

Well, maybe not always, but it did last year when SUNFALL (1.15) landed the BetMGM British EBF October Stakes.

She's back to defend her crown in this 7f Listed contest and will be fresher than most of her rivals after just two starts this season since switching from William Haggas to David O'Meara (right).

The first came when she was caught wide in the Princess Elizabeth Stakes at Epsom on Derby Day, and she was returning from a three-month break when ridden more patiently than usual in Doncaster’s Sceptre Stakes.
