Actor's £3m bill after losing 'sex misconduct' libel case

ACTOR Noel Clarke must pay £3million of The Guardian's legal costs after pursuing a “far-fetched” and “false case against allegations of sexual misconduct, a High Court judge has ruled.
Mr Clarke, 49 - who appeared in Doctor Who and 2006 teen crime movie Kidulthood - sued Guardian News and Media over seven articles and a podcast.
