Genge wants to crack on with busy calendar

Next season's Six Nations will have just one rest week, instead of two, and England will play an extra November Test - four as opposed to the three normally staged in the years of Lions tours.

But the prop would rather crack on instead of having the stop-start Six Nations of the past two decades and says no player is about to turn down a Lions tour. England face Italy at Twickenham this Sunday when this year's Six Nations resumes.
