Sir Keir Starmer has displayed a worrying lack of judgment in the scandals that engulfed Angela Rayner and Peter Mandelson. He has lost a Deputy Prime Minister and his ambassador to the United States, but there is no sign he has a grip on the crises confronting Britain - many of which Labour has worsened.
