NEARLY half of us have suffered poor customer service - and many are desperate for “human” help.

One in six people believe customer service standards have worsened in the past year, a survey of 2,029 adults for reviews site Trustpilot found.

Poor product quality and bad call centre encounters were the biggest bugbears making them give negative reviews.
