Data obtained by the Birmingham Mail shows the main hotspots are in and around Birmingham city centre, while some of the busiest roads in the Black Country also make the list.

The number one location for fines is the A4540 New John Street West.

Can you advise on how to prevent the problem and where we can get the best information, as we are beginners in tortoise care? It seems so complicated.
