'Find the hit-run driver who left my brother for dead'

CYCLIST WILL NEED TO LEARN TO WALK AGAIN
THE sister of a Birmingham man who will need to learn to walk again after he was left with life-changing injuries in a crash says her family are “devastated”.
Ithamar Stevenson was riding an electric bike when he was struck by a car that failed to stop in Poplar Avenue, Edgbaston, at around 6.40pm on Tuesday, July 8.
The 42-year-old was rushed to intensive care at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Police are continuing to hunt the driver involved in the hit-and-run collision.
Mr Stevenson's sister, Chärne Blake, said her brother had been fighting for his life.
