Using longer holds and mindful breathing, this full-body mobility flow will release tension and leave you calmer and more focused
-
This full-body mobility flow is T designed to systematically open up key areas of tension throughout the body, from the hips and spine to the shoulders and chest. By incorporating longer holds and mindful breathing, these movements encourage deeper muscular release while improving joint range of motion and promoting better movement efficiency.
Whether you're recovering from training, counteracting long hours of sitting, or simply looking to move more freely, this routine helps restore balance across the entire body. Expect to release tight hip flexors and quadriceps, improve spinal mobility, and create space through the upper body - all while downregulating the nervous system for a calmer, more focused state.
Saddle
Highly effective for targeting the quadriceps and hip flexors, two areas that are often tight due to prolonged sitting or repetitive activities such as running and cycling. Hold this pose for two minutes.
- Start on your hands and knees.
- Spread your knees wide and bring your toes together.
- Sit on your feet with your spine tall.
- Lean back on your hands, down to your elbows, or upper back to the floor depending on comfortability.
