Manipulative and chillingly composed killer Ben Field, played by Éanna Hardwicke, becomes the centre of a murder investigation as BBC1’s true-crime drama The Sixth Commandment concludes this week.

Following the untimely deaths of much-loved retired Buckinghamshire neighbours Peter Farquhar (Timothy Spall) and Ann Moore-Martin (Anne Reid) in 2015 and 2017 respectively, the police are alerted to Field’s disturbing and coercive behaviour by Ann’s niece, Anne-Marie Blake (Annabel Scholey), who is determined to get justice for her aunt’s suspicious demise.
