Strictly welcomes old friends back to the dance floor for some footloose festive fun

This year’s champions have already lifted the glitterball in a whirlwind of sequins, but as always there’s one more serving of Strictly to enjoy.

On Christmas Day, returning contestants include two real-life couples. Actress Gemma Atkinson dances with boyfriend Gorka Marquez for the very first time (she was partnered with Aljaz Skorjanec in the 2017 series) and social media star Joe Sugg is reunited with girlfriend Dianne Buswell before they go on tour next year.
