Men with outrageous egos making a mess of the world
Western Gazette
|June 19, 2025
HERE we are again, so a big Hello! I don't know about you but I'm getting more than fed up with the men with outrageous egos who run their countries making the world an absolute mess.
The carnage being caused to the innocent people who happen to live in their countries, is one thing. The other thing is, and I'm thinking globally now, is what is all this bombardment doing to the delicate crust of our world?
We are hearing of earthquakes where all those finely balanced tectonic plates only need a battering somewhere else to make them shift. Volcanos erupting, earthquakes disturbing towns and villages, surely must make them think. The problem with people with over-inflated egos, is they only think of their power needing boosting. There, I have got that off my chest by sharing it, but, is the pen mightier than the sword? I wish it were, then we could bombard those heads of state with our opinions on how to stop bashing each other and suggesting they sit down and read a million letters. Fanciful talk, I know, but someone has to tell them that we do not like what they are doing on so many humane levels.
